store # G135052, 6300 9th Av N.\r I was raised on KFC and after my experience last night I will prob never eat there again a very sad day I ordered two of their Doublicious sandwiches, and I have chewed on leather gloves that had more flavor and juice in them. the texture was that of sitting under a heat lamp for at a minimal of 4 hrs.. the most disgusting thing I have prob ever eaten. Corporate should seriously take a look at this store there is mismanagement someplace that needs to be addressed. more

I moved to a house near this KFC restaurant in May 2006. I've always loved KFC food, so I've been to this restaurant many times, but every single time their terrible service, incorrect orders, and bad attitudes amazes me! I keep telling myself that I won't go back, but I keep thinking that if I go during the day, or when they're no other cars in line that maybe, just maybe, they'll get my order right just once, but it doesn't happen. For over a year now, they're VERY frequently out of chicken. Yes, a KFC store that is out of CHICKEN. They're almost always out of popcorn chicken, sometimes out of regular, sometimes out of extra crispy. Its almost a game of guessing what they'll be out of this time. The last time I was there, they were out of large cups, so they just gave a medium without any care for the fact that they were giving me LESS than what I paid for. They didn't even offer a refund or even an apology. They make you wait about 5 minutes at the order box before they acknowledge your existence and even then, most of the time you order your food and then hear nothing but silence until someone comes back on 2 minutes later saying ""go head with your order"" as if they never heard you start with. Then, they ignore any special orders you ask for (no cheese, no lettuce, etc), so you have to get out of your car, go in, wait another 5 minutes to get someone's attention, and then another 5 before someone does anything about the problem. Every time I've gone in the store to fix my order, there is some poor sap standing off to the side of the line waiting for something they ordered. The last time, the poor guy was asked twice by the employee at the front what he was waiting for when she's the one who made him stand off to the side in the first place! She'd forgotten what he was there for! I HATE this store! It is ONLY because I love the food that I've ever bothered with this place. I've complained to corporate, complained on the # for the contest, & complained by email. Pros: Good food Cons: TERRIBLE service! All employees there should be fired more
