Bethlehem Office 1/4/2012

I was directed to KD via a fellow employee. I had a chipped tooth that took 15 minutes and he did it on the spot. Asked me if i had time and constantly asked if i felt any discomfort. The facility is state of the art. This is the absolute best office i ever visited. I hate dentist visits, that being said, I plan on getting all my work here. Top Notch. more

Always A Great Experience! 12/27/2011

I have been going to Keystone Family Dentistry for pretty much as long as I can remember. I did leave for a short time when the dentists changed, but when Dr. Baki started, I came back. The staff is friendly, professional, and helps to make sure your visit is relaxed. My insurance has changed throughout the years, but they've always taken it. I would highly recommend this Dental office! more

First TIme Visit 10/17/2011

I wish I had come to Keystone Dentistry First! Dr Baki took care of five fillings for me in a very patient and professional manner. I was very impressed with all the staff at Keystone Dentistry. They made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. The initial visit was very informative in preparing me for the work that had to be done. I had a bad experience prior to visiting Keystone which was at another dental facility in the Lehigh Valley area, Bethlehem. I brought this to Dr Baki's attention and he assured me that would not happen at Keystone. I was made very comfortable overall from start to finish. God Bless the entire staff at Keystone! more

Love them! 9/29/2011

It starts the minute you sign in at the front desk. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I feel like I have being going there for years. I found them by chance and am glad I did. Dr, Baki is great...patient, gentle and will take the time to explain everything. I do not mind going to the dentist, but only because of the wonderful staff at Keystone Family Dentistry! more

Cutting Edge Practice 9/15/2011

Both of my children have been going to Keystone for several years. The staff are always friendly and Dr Baki is very thorough. He always reviews the kids medical history in detail which I appreciate since there have been dental issues in the past. At my recent visit, the office was going paperless and I was impressed again with the review of history/medications online instead of filing out endless duplications of forms like other practices. It was also good to hear that the office will be opening up a 2nd location on 191 in Bethlehem in the KMART shopping plaza. Although I live in Nazareth, this will be another convenient option for me since I work less than a mile from the new location. I love the text messaging reminders and confirms of appointments the best! That is really helpful! After the exam we reviewed together the x rays and discussed treatment options. I received the necessary referral paperwork for my son's wisdom tooth extraction and away we went. Thanks again. more

Fluoride Treatment 9/2/2011

I had a fluoride treatment on Monday. After I got home I started feeling nauseas and light headed. I was like this for a couple of hours. Is this normal? more

Great, friendly staff 8/18/2011

My most recent appt. was for a deep root cleaning, and I was somewhat anxious about it. The staff put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Yes, the procedure was a bit painful, but the hygienist made it bearable. My kids (ages 7 and 11) love coming here because everything is kid-friendly. I recommend Keystone Family Dentistry to anybody who is looking to switch dentists or new to the area. more

uncomfortable 8/3/2011

I felt extremely uncomfortable getting my teeth cleaned at my last appointment. The woman who cleaned my teeth was rough and somewhat rude. I felt like she had a personal vendetta against me. I will be looking for a new dentist. more
