I've been a tenant with KeyRenter (formerly Premier Management) for the past 5 years. They have always been prompt in dealing with issues I've raised and in responding to my requests for repairs/maintenance. Additionally, the KeyRenter team has always been professional and courteous in my interactions with them. Overall I have been very pleased to be a tenant with KeyRenter. more

Key renter is very unprofessional and are quick to take your money knowing they would be discriminating against you. We couldn't even get a call back from the idiot manager who made a very poor choice reason to deny our application, in which, we fit all the criteria..., AND provided 2 letters of recommendation from our previous rental companies. When we asked why we were denied ( EVEN OUR CURRENT LANDLORD WAS SURPRISED)....the only answer we got was, this has nothing to do with emotion. However.....taking my money is very emotional. Watch out for this company, they will take one thing - Emotion- and will turn it into your whole life story and yet will STILL take your money. And will not bother to give a professional courtesy call when they TELL you they will have a manager call back.....Very Disappointing! : / more

I have a home that I couldn't sell and was frustrated with it. I looked up Keyrenter and thought they looked very tech savvy and had cool features. I looked at a few different companies and decided to go with them because of their pricing and people that seemed to really care. Now, 9 months later I am so glad I hired them! more

I rented a house from Keyrenter for a year, worst experience I have ever had. The condition the house was in when we moved in was horrendous. We were reassured multiple times by the staff that their ""personal cleaning team"" had spent an entire day cleaning the place yet there was still toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. You would think that after eight hours of cleaning they would of at least made a pass at the bathroom mirror. We also had several maintenance issues throughout the year that were addressed and never taken care of. We finally had to just start dealing with the guy who owned the placed since it was apparent Keyrenter was going to be of no assistance. I would definitely not recommend getting involved with this company more

Needed a couple properties managed, found Keyrenter online and checked them out. Comparing to others I'd previously used, chose them and been very satisfied over the past two years. Leased my homes pretty quick considering economy and take care of all the hassel so I don't have to. In fact, I know the tenants in one of my homes and asked them how they feel and they said they've been great, which was pleasing to hear as an owner. I certainly would and have recommended them to others. more

Highly Recommended! I've been reading negative here and I just wonder why I didn't get to have the supposed bad service some are saying. I'm posting this review to say that I'm truly satisfied on what KeyRenter has been doing to manage my house and deal with our my tenants. Keeps me focused on other things that also matter while being at peace that everything's well with the maintenance of my house. They screen tenants well. They may have made mistakes in the past, and that kept them learning. Right now, I say that they are the better and really sincere in being of real help to people like me. I've been asking around some friends too about how their property managers are being helpful to them. They don't really say bad things about their property managers, but I sense they are not as satisfied as I am. Highly recommended! I wish they pay me for endorsing them (lol!). Kidding aside, keep it up Keyrenter people! more

Keyrenter is outstanding and great to work with! They have always been helpful to me and worked with me on my rental property. Not only that they have a energetic attitude! When I call in they are not boring. Trust me that is a good thing. If you call someone and they are borig to talk to you usually hang up so lucky for them I stick with these guys! Nice! Thanks so much! more
