THE PLACE IS AWESOME Carlos Montoya Robert Bettencourt and Mitch are great as far as I am concerned Definetly going to return to service my civic there.

I called about their oil change special of $24.95 and asked how much more is was for my hybrid. You guys charge 49.00, and thats with the discount. RIP OFF.... In Orange County...

a gem 5/16/2012

After much ado, I can finally say I'm the proud lesee of a 2008 Honda. Enjoying it immensely after only two days. And that's good, coming from a volvo devotee (I'm sure i""ll be back in my volvo by next week, and let the honey have the Honda). Anyway, David at Keyes in Woodland Hills is a gem. He doesn't BS around and make promises he doesn't keep. He's not obnoxious, foul, and doesn't make you hate him like most car dealers. In fact, he's well dressed, sweet, and not the least bit offensive in any way. If you're in the market to buy or lease a Honda, it's worth the hop out to Woodland Hills just to work with him. more

I purchased my vehicle through Miller Honda in Van Nuys but due to bad experience on their service department, I didn't bother going back and get my car serviced through them. One time I visited a friend in Ontario and I need to get my oil changed, I saw Penske Honda and I had my service done there, I had an ok service experience.----However, I found out that there's a Honda dealership near my work and I have never experienced a service like this! The staff are friendly even the driver. I would like to thank Carlos Montoya for making every visit easy. Overall very please with the quality of communication and repairs were completed as expected.All Honda dealerships offers same products, however, what makes Woodland Hills Honda and Carlos Montoya different is their service. Thank you for a great experience! more

excellent buying experience here on a used car with sales guy Alex B. He is not pushy and he's very easy going - he never asked for my phone # or email when I was in to test drive two times. No drama. When I was ready to buy (the next day!) I got an excellent deal. I also received an amazing trade-in value for my 13 year old car! more

Simple, quick and honest 4/17/2012

Sales Department and Service Department are both great. Sales: I bought my new Honda Fit here and had a great experience. Simple, quick and honest. Service: Went to dealership nearer where I live (DIAMOND Honda in Glendale) for my first oil change. Unlucky for me, they stripped the bolt on my oil pan and it's been leaking oil. Just terrible. I've been getting no help or satisfaction from Diamond Honda, but by stark contrast KEYES has been bending over backwards to help and try to get Diamond to do the right thing. They've been making calls on my behalf and even provided a free rental car while this is getting resolved. Robert in the Service Department has helped a great deal, and treated me like a fellow human being. They have earned my loyalty. more

Over Priced 11/1/2011

In Orange County I usually pay $10.00 -$15 more for a Hybrid on oil changes. Discount prices where I go are $25-$27+ $10-$15 more for Hybrids. I work in West Hills.. I guess Im not doing any business in this area. WHAT A JOKE more

Bait and Switch 3/23/2011

I joined City Search just to write this review. I had such a bad experience today, I had to write a review. My husband and I started calling dealers looking for a very specific car. We called Woodland Hills Honda and spoke with Omelia (I think that was her name) numerous times, going over the deal over and over. Well, guess what, we got there, and the deal was no longer on the table. The manager said he could not possibly honor that deal as he would lose $3k! Really??? This is what gives car salesmen a bad name. The car wasn't there, and we were so frustrated and upset, we left. We had a better, not great, but just okay, conversation with Glendale Honda and drove there and bought the car. more

Good Service 11/4/2009

Everyone knows its costly to have your car serviced at the dealer. If you have coupons it can be worthwhile. Since I've moved here 2 yrs ago, I've only taken my car to this dealership and it has been worth it. We took a long road trip this summer, they checked everything - the cost was competitive - but the biggest plus was we had NO problems with the car on our road trip. I do like service tech, and I never feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick because I'm a female. I take advantage of the car service option and usually get a ride home when my car is being serviced. Overall, I cant complain more

Matt Jones Great Salesman Great Guy 9/13/2008

I did not buy a Honda here only because the Fit was a tad too small for me (6'4"" and 290lbs); but it was a close call. Matt Jones, the Internet sales manager is absolutely top-flight. He is attentive, informative and answers your questions without doing all those annoying and insulting salesman games. The reason Honda is a great car and a great car company is because they hire intelligent and thoughtful people like Matt to sell their great cars. When I asked questions about the car via email, he was right there with an answer--and it was the reply to the question I asked, not some way to sell me another car or to manipulate me or sell me a car I couldn't really afford. Pros: Great cars, Great saleman Cons: Honda doesn't have $2000 rebates (and doesn't have to) more

worst service center in the Valley 4/26/2008

I just took my car for service at Robertson Honda (awesome) - they told me that the tranmission flush Woodland Hills Honda did was only for the pan - not a real transmission flush for which I was charged - if you have any questions about the efficacy or true nature of my response check the Better Buisness Bureau website - Woodland Hills Honda has an F rating with over 20 complaints not even answered - I didn't post mine because I think theres enough evidence there already. take your car somewhere else - this place is the perfect representation of the service center that tries to screw you. Bottom line not all service centers are bad, but this one is horrible. Pros: they sell Honda's Cons: service department is horrible more

I saw a bunch of negative reviews somewhere but I went anyway, out of convenience ( work walking distance away. PLUS, I JUST NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE. I had a really negative experience and will never go back again. Don't make the mistake I made, listen to this review. more

Worst Service Ever - Dont go here ever 2/3/2007

I had a service done paid $$$, they left my coolant reservoir empty.Told me my cabin air filter was OK, problem was i didn't have one in the car...this is the worst place for service. clowns gave me a free oil change because they screwed up. Don't take your car here for service. more

Awful 1/13/2007

I am signing up for insiderpages just to say that Woodland HIlls Honda is awful. I went to the service department and was charged to get my brakes checked. I just called another dealership... and they check the brakes for free. \r \r The service person was rude and didn't explain anything to me. He struck me as not trustworthy. I am never going there for service or to buy a car. more

Bad customer service 8/25/2005

I will NEVER go to this dealership again. They are not personable and they did a poor job on repairing my vehicle. Not to mention, once they pulled the vehicle around for me to leave, they had dirt stains all over my badge color seats, then, had a problem cleaning it. I do not recommend this dealership. more

Bad experience 6/18/2005

I went to this Honda dealership awhile back when I was looking into purchasing a car. The sales rep that attended to me was dishonest and disrespectful. Car buying is always a hassle, you know you are going to have to bargain. However, this process can be 10 times worse when you are dealing with a sales rep who has no intention of helping you find what you need and is only concerned with how much commission he would be getting if he sold you a car that was worth x amount. He insisted that we test drive a car that was not even one of my choices, and then proceeded to waste 20 minutes of my time promoting this vehicle. During our conversation it was apparent that he was fishing for other potential customers that were perusing the cars in the lot. Waste of time, don't bother stopping here. more
