Had to buy a new car this weekend how fun. I went to Keyes Toyota 1 because of that ad on the radio. I thought If I didn't give them a try the ad would haunt me forever. Well I was very glad I did. Best buying experience I have ever had. more

Just bought my new prius here, when i arrived at the dealer 3 guys were standing in front of the door, one approach me and asked me what kind of vehicle i was looking for, when i told him that it was a prius he smile and replied back saying that everybody that drives by in a high brand vehicle asks about prius. He was easy and not pushy at all, and he helped me to choose colors and even mentioned that I should get a lite color in a lease. It was a very simple and nice experience, after reading all this reviews I was shocked that they have so many bad reviews, I believe that not every body writes reviews when they are happy but the only ones that didn't get the deal write the bad ones, I thank my sales person, and I will see you in three years from now. I recently bought a car from Keyes Toyota and the car is excellent! They gave me a great deal and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. The employees were approachable and ready to answer any questions that I had. The waiting area was very clean and nice and they even had a coffee machine with cappuccinos and lattes which made the experience a lot more pleasant. more

I was in the market for a new FJ cruiser for about three months and not a single store had the package that I was looking for in California. I called keys Toyota and they told me that they will be able to find me one. I drove by and met Alfred the sales manager in charge that day. He showed me that keys store in Vegas had one. We did the paper work based in the vehicle vin number and after two days Alfred called me to pick up the vehicle on van nuys. Very nice job. Great customer service and great deal too. I honestly think that Keyes Toyota is one of the best. Both my brother and my dad have bought cars from them and they have given us the best service i have experienced at a dealership. They make you feel welcome and are friendly. My brother and dad and really happy with their purchases and once they got their cars the employees made sure that they were familiar with all the equipments of the car. Keyes Toyota is the only dealership I know that offers free 2 year maintains when you lease a car. Very satisfied... Highly recommend! more

because I was there late, he invited me back so he could set up my blue tooth for me. He even threw in a gas refill if I would just come back and let him complete "the service". more

After recovering from my tramua with the finance dude - i realized id gotten a higher end Corrolla LE than I had orginally thought. Wha? Yep not only was the original deal legit - but all the finance stuff comes down to 'protect yourself' - and I got a better car than i was barginning for. more

Bought our 1st brand new car here, a 2008 corolla s. Returned 2 days later for the installation of an alarm system. They were able to install the alarm in an hour. No hassle wait since I waited inside the lounge with unlimited donuts, fruits and coffee. They even have a service car to drive you to your destination if you have other appointments. I just bought a 2009 Yaris and had a great experience. I wanted a small car and was looking at the Mini, the SmartCar, the Honda Fit and the Yaris. I ruled out the SmartCar, as it's a 2-seater. The Mini dealership was not very helpful as far as options and giving me a quote. Using the respective websites (Toyota and Honda) to "build" my car and receive a quote, I narrowed my choice down to the Fit and Yaris. After test driving both, however, it was clear that the Yaris was my car, and the quote I received, both in terms of the price and the interest rate, were also deciding factors. My online sales person was super helpful, nice and patient with me. I had been a Saturn customer for many years because of the no haggle business model and the ease of purchasing. I was very apprehensive at the thought of purchasing a vehicle at a more traditional dealership. Yet, Angelica in the Internet sales department was an absolute joy! She made the entire process completely effortless. I had chosen my options and, due to my own confusion, it was a race to the finish to get the color I wanted, but she did it. It was a very positive experience for me. more

I have brought my car in for service as well as with the recall issues, and have always been treated well. They may be more pricey on some repairs, but you are getting professionals working on the vehicle. I also like the convenience of having their shuttle vehicle available for pick-ups and drop-offs for the clients even on Saturdays. more

They also placed me a rental, at their cost several times since the car problems were going to take days to repair. more

i would totally recommend getting your oil changed here!!! why??? b/c it comes with a free carwash!... i actually went on the website last night to schedule an appt for this afternoon & received an email w/ my appt time this morning ..super easy! the only drawback is that i had to wait ~1.5 hrs for my car to be done, but i was in no rush ...there's a lobby area with a free coffee dispenser..where i read twilight w/ my free latte:)if you're like me.. my car only receives a bath on rainy days... so the car wash was def a nice treat.. the oil change was a decent price of ~$35...i def will be going back when my car's due back ! more

Good car service with a smile! My car was ready when they said it would be, and they tested everything I asked about. Plus when I called to tell them how to reach me on another number that day, they even called me back just to say they got my message. Excellent service! They wash your car with the service too, but they don't vaccuum inside (bummer, but you can't have it all). Carlos was the bomb. more

I bought my last car at Keyes Toyota last year and had a wonderful experience. The salesperson who helped me was straightforward, honest, courteous, friendly, and for that matter so were the other people who assisted me with the paperwork. I got what was probably the best deal I ever got on a car, and certainly the most efficient car-buying experience ever. In less than two hours I walked the lot, test drove a car, did all the paperwork, and they washed it and filled it with gas. This is truly how it should be. I will go there first when I need another Toyota. more
