I just bought a 2009 Yaris and had a great experience. I wanted a small car and was looking at the Mini, the SmartCar, the Honda Fit and the Yaris. I ruled out the SmartCar, as it's a 2-seater. The Mini dealership was not very helpful as far as options and giving me a quote. Using the respective websites (Toyota and Honda) to "build" my car and receive a quote, I narrowed my choice down to the Fit and Yaris. After test driving both, however, it was clear that the Yaris was my car, and the quote I received, both in terms of the price and the interest rate, were also deciding factors. My online sales person was super helpful, nice and patient with me. I had been a Saturn customer for many years because of the no haggle business model and the ease of purchasing. I was very apprehensive at the thought of purchasing a vehicle at a more traditional dealership. Yet, Angelica in the Internet sales department was an absolute joy! She made the entire process completely effortless. I had chosen my options and, due to my own confusion, it was a race to the finish to get the color I wanted, but she did it. It was a very positive experience for me.
