I was in the market for a new FJ cruiser for about three months and not a single store had the package that I was looking for in California. I called keys Toyota and they told me that they will be able to find me one. I drove by and met Alfred the sales manager in charge that day. He showed me that keys store in Vegas had one. We did the paper work based in the vehicle vin number and after two days Alfred called me to pick up the vehicle on van nuys. Very nice job. Great customer service and great deal too. Thanks keys Toyota.
