Best lofts in Central Mass 7/22/2008

These are definetly the best lofts in central mass. The developer put in quality materials in these units and while the Webster Square area may not be ideal, the land on which the lofts are actually situated on is actually great with the conservation land around the building and the brook flowing through the middle of it. Terrible conditions to live in 6/25/2008

When I took a tour of Kettlebrook Lofts I was severely disappointed. I have been around carpenters and construction workers my entire life and there is no way they would deem these condos acceptable. The doors squeak, the hardwood floors are warped in places and things are obviously not being done to code because the owners are under such a tight deadline. I would never suggest that anyone invest any money into these condos because it would be a waste. Pros: good materials Cons: terrible craftsmanship and construction more
