Called to make an appointment, was immediately put on hold, after receptionist got back on I told her the urgent need to see Dr. Kessel. ( B pressure was thru the roof ) She said she had a time open later this morning UNTIL she heard I was a new patient then she had nothing! Guess Dr. Kessel is doing so well he can turn away business. If this is how they treat potential patients I'm going elsewhere!
