Water Heater Installation 1/28/2019

Dave, from Kerivan-Lane, removed my old water heater and installed a new one. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, and answered all of my questions. When the heater didn't shut off after he left and the water wasn't hot, he came back within an hour, quickly figured out the problem, and fixed it. more

Excellent After-Hours Service 1/22/2019

Boiler kicked off on a cold 10 degree night after business hours. Marc was here within 15 minutes, was able to diagnose issue and coordinated a replacement part pickup with fellow technician Tony A. Both were courteous and professional. more

Quick trouble shooting 1/18/2019

Been having long term issues with my mini splits. Tony came and not only got them pumping out heat again but set it up to track where some pesky leaks are. I appreciate the clear explanations and proactive next steps. more

tech was congenial and professional. appeared to know what he was doing and result proved him right. Kept me informed as to what was going to happen and why. REASON for service request was that porch heating zone was acting erratic and did not always respond to thermostat settings. more

Heating Problem 9/28/2018

Mike from Kerivan-Lane was just super great in solving a heating problem with my system . Mike was able to walk me through a step over one phone that corrected a no heat issue. To replace my control panel would have been close to $2,000, but Mike was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it with a setting of a switch in the right mode. more

Sean, the technician that came to tune up our "antique" oil-fired boiler was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the work done. I'd recommend him and Kerivan-Lane to anyone looking for burner service or an oil delivery service. more

Mini-split Install 9/4/2018

Rob and his crew assistants Kevin and Nick did a great job installing our Fujitsu Mini-split. They were courteous and flexible when we asked them to reroute one of the link sets to follow specific open joists. And they placed their lines neatly apart from our electrical cables. I am now looking forward to Kerivan-Lane installing our new hot water boiler and indirect water heater. more

Robert G was very patient with me while explaining that my air conditioner actually was working just the way it should.. He took the time to make sure I knew about how the time delay worked. He also checked the furnace in the basement and then went outside, took the cover off the unit and checked the insides. Very pleased with this very pleasant man. more

Hot water instlallation 3/22/2018

We found our hot water heater leaking at 8:00 pm one night. Called Kerivan Lane immediately. They took the info and had a tech at the house early the next morning. A new heater was installed by 1:00 PM. Great service! more

A happy customer! 2/16/2018

I had a complicated heating issue which had been going on for 6 weeks.Tom worked hard to find the issue and resolve it quickly. He was very polite and explained everything he did as he went along. I would definitely call on him again if/when the need arises. more
