went in for a lens cover - and actually walked away with a lot more - and no high pressure from ANYONE!! Eric was honest - gave us great information. and did not push us to buy ANYTHING that we did not come in to buy. the atmosphere for the lack of a better word is 'homey' - laid back - and the guy is smart and honest IMHO... i have read the other reviews and do not understand the issues they had - they guy is honest to a fault - so i will not be contacting the other guy @ soccer flicks - must have been a different store - eh? more

Beware of Repair Service 7/10/2008

Please be aware that Ken's camera repair service is NOT connected with camera manufacturers as I was led to believe, and more importantly is NOT dependable for quality, reliable 1st time repairs. I spent nearly $400 to repair a professional grade camera in what I was led falsely to believe was a manufacturer?s repair situation- however within two weeks of service the camera shows the same signs of disrepair with additional diminished output. Pros: Friendly and helpful, at first. Cons: Misleading more
