I had these guys put a transmission in a Mountaineer in April 2012, within a month the interplanetary went out, that had nothing to do with Kenny's, the mfg part was bad, it happens no matter where you go. Kenny's brought me in, fixed it in a day, drove us wherever we needed to go. Almost 2 years later, running like new, actually better. I would never let anyone touch the transmission on any car that I own, ""I trust them"". There is more to this story, but its all about them going above what was expected and it would take time to communicate. I would \r
rate them a 10+. Transmission shops are often over priced and shysters, not this shop. There pricing was reasonable, actually lower, so when they quoted me, I asked the owner how can you do it at that price, he responded, I'll make money, I just don't need to over charge you for what you need, you would and could pay more, but that doesn't make it right. The price they quoted and delivered on was far below Edwards and another another coast to coast . \r
