Kenilworth Auto Body & Fender

Our insurance company recommended Kenilworth Auto Body. After my last experience with an auto body shop that resulted in over 2 months in a rental, we figured they couldn't give us grief if it took too long since it was their recommendation. We couldn't have more impressed, Angel was thorough and knowledgeable. It took 2 1/2 days to replace a bumper, sections of wheel well, electrical, lights and repaint. It looked like our truck's exterior was detailed too! While finishing up paperwork in the office, Angel even replaced a mudflap for us that had been in the back of the truck since a high curb and ice tore it off. Scott, the manager of kenilworth if the perfect manager. he takes the time to speak to you and will discuss further in detail if you are not sure what he is talking about. i have been a customer there more than one time and have only dealt with scott himself. If you have any questions, he does not get mad like ,ost and listens fully before answering. the prices at kenilwoeth auto body are great, customre service is great and it is truly a friendsly environment. the other good thing, is when he gives you a date when your vehicle will be done, expect it to be complete at the date and time he gives you. i i highly reccomend kenilworht auto body for all your needs. i am actually using their service again this weekend!!! one extra benefit, if you need to rent a car they car enterprise for you so you do not have to do it. enterprise is located right on morris avenear the applebee's. they arrange for you to be picked up and afterwards they drop you off when you car if fixed. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Pros: excellent staff, very professional, very smart about the product/ process of how the business works Cons: sometime you have to wait because of long lines. ut definitely worth it!!! more
