Second experience, today (Tuesday) I was scheduled for an ultrasound at 9:00. Made the appointment two months ago, took the day off from work, made other appointments for the rest of the day. I was left a voice mail on my home phone late Friday afternoon, "we're sorry, there was a problem, we've rescheduled your appointment for 11:00". I already have an 11:00 for today thank you. Killer is, this was a holiday weekend, can't even contact them until today! Why didn't they use my work number? It is listed on their patient profile. I'm going in at 9:00, I'll let you know the rest of the story.!
