Great Insurance Agents 5/19/2011

I have been with Phelps Insurance for over 10 years. I have my Auto, Home and Life Insurance with them. When I opened my business, I also went to them for my Business Insurance. They have been in business for a long time and they treat their customers like family. They will take good care of you, I guarantee it! more

I saved $50/month with State Farm 4/28/2011

I was insured with another company for nearly 6 years. I went to Phelps Insurance and was surprised that I could save $50 on my monthly bill. I've worked with Juanita, Danna and Erica and they all gave me great service. My son, brother, sister-in-law, niece and nephew all have their vehicles insured with Phelps Insurance. more

Our family have been customers for 15+ years with multiple policies... Auto, home & life. The staff are all friendly, professional and efficient. Every time we put in a claim they made the process easy and have never raised our rates because of claims. Their rates are competitive as well. I highly recommend them! more

I, Janice Lovett, have been with John Phelps since 1968. I know him as a very friendly man. Every time we go into his office, he personally comes out and greets us. I have been with his agency for 40 years and would recommend him to everyone and have to several of my family members. I not only have a great auto rate but other insurance with him as well. Ken Phelps, State Farm Insurance 7/10/2006

I have been insured with State Farm insurance for many years, and have had two substatial claims for damage to our home. The service I received from State Farm has been phenomenal. Just a couple of weeks ago, I needed to get homeowners and flood insurance rates on a new house to which we are moving, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much lower the rates were from the other company to which I compared rates. I also just got our automobile policy renewal and our rates actually went down by nearly $5 a month! more

My children were recently involved in a auto accident along with my mother. They were all minorly injured and you wouldn't believe how hard it is to get them to verify that the driver that was at fault has insurance. They are not helpful at all and ddifficullt to get a hold of. It takes for ever to have a call returned. more

Phelps' State Farm office is the best! 5/20/2005

We have been with State Farm through this office for years. All the agents are so helpful and knowledgable.
