Ok customer service. Great selection of products, but most of them are expensive. If you want to purchase high-end skiing equipment or clothing, go here! The have the best of the best. The sales staff do know what they are talking about, but can sometimes be pushy and try to get you to buy things that you really don't need, or are too advanced for your needs. Overall, it's a good place to shop.
