Highly recommended. These guys won't try to sell you something you don't need. Dave worked for many hours in the scorching heat to remove a rusted fan on my 25+ year old A/C unit. Saved a bundle. Any other contractor would have made me buy a whole new system. more

After having three different air condtioning companies come to my home, I finally found one with real integrity. Ken Barrett Air Condioning was the only company who spent the time and energy to diagnose my problem and give me an honest answer at an extremely fair price. The others did not diagnose the problem correctly and forced me to spend unnecessary money only to be left with the same problem. When asked to come back and repair it properly, they did not. KEN BARRETT AIR CONDITIONING not only repaired their work, but actually corrected the problem at a very low cost to us. The technician, Dave, was very courteous and was willing to lend a sympathetic ear as he worked to correct the problem. I had an appointment during the week from an evening slot of 2-6 PM. I took the day off and waited for my appointment. I was told by the technician that they would call an hour ahead before arriving. I waited all day with my phone on me until 7:45 PM. I called the technician and he said they didn't come because I didn't return their calls. I explained to him that they never called. He got verbally aggressive and told me that he had called 3 times and left messages. I can tell you for a fact that he did not call once as I had my phone on me all day and had no problems receiving other calls. The man was very rude, verbally aggressive and lied about calling when the fact is, he just didn't show up. I highly discourage you from using this company. I can't imagine this man coming into my home, working on my AC (that is, if he even showed up) and having an actual problem or dispute over service or money. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!
