If I could put 0 stars, I would! I have a business and sell a specific product. I contacted them via email because they had listed on GunBroker to contact them with dealer inquiries. So I emailed them, as I have many other dealers, to see if they were interested in selling our product since we are nationwide, with lots of dealers and they could double their profit off of our product! I cited gunbroker and gave them our website, then added that we were also listed in Shotgun News to show them that we are a legitimate business. They then wrote an email back saying simply "If you advertise in S***(insert profanity here instead of shot)gun News, that's enough for me. NOT interested." Was that necessary? Because of who one of our advertisers are, you're not even going to consider our offer? And you respond with a completely unprofessional, vulgar, and rude email with profanity? That's definitely awesome customer service and very professional to say the least! (---sarcasm). A simple "no thanks, I'm not interested" or no response at all for that matter, would have sufficed. Instead, they went out of their way to email me back and belittle me and my business! If that's how they treat people, and judging by everybody else's reviews it is, then I wouldn't set foot in their store or buy anything from them if my life depended on it! A little advice to the owners; if you don't like people, don't work in customer service!
