So I have never written a review on a business before... I wonder how much it will let me type?! Dr. Kelly Jorn Cook and his staff are so AMAZING that I am convinced they are FROM ANOTHER WORLD!!!! Prior to becoming a patient at his office, getting me to go to the Dentist was like pulling teeth! (Pun Intended) hehe... I used to get such severe anxiety that my old dentist would refuse to even do x-rays until I calmed down! After my initial exam at Dr. Cook's office, I had to schedule like 3 fillings and a crown build-up for my first appt. The day of the appt., as I was sitting in the chair, I started crying and couldn't stop because I was so beyond terrified even with my fiance there to hold my hand! (Which they ALWAYS let him go back with me, no questions asked!) Before I knew it, Happy-go-lucky Dr. Cook comes in with this presence that just exudes warmth and care. I had an immediate sense of calm. Then literally in like less than an hour, I was done! It took him a third the time all of that work should have taken and he never once seemed rushed or unsure of his actions. On each visit his staff greets my fiance and I by name, and asks us specific questions regarding just personal events or happenings in our lives, that we had mentioned to them like a month previous! I have never seen a staff member without an 'ear to ear' smile on their face at all times. Also, hate arriving at an appt. on time, just to have to wait 30 minutes or longer in the waiting room?? Well you won't have to do that at his office! It doesn't matter if we get there 30 minutes early, on time, or 10 minutes late.... they greet us by name and take us back IMMEDIATELY!! Oh, and if for some crazy reason you ever did have to wait there... you will never be bored!! They have old school arcade games in the lobby that are free to play! They have an entire office dedicated to a rock n' roll theme decorated in guitars and albums and miscellaneous memorabilia signed by all of the greatest artists!!!! (For this reason alone they had my fiance at hello! lol) One time I walked in the door and ran to Pacman in hopes I would have time to play, and was actually irritated after 1.5 minutes into it, they saw me and called me back! LOL!!!! I have had the most interaction with Shannon, Corinne, and Dr. Cook, all of whom I adore and cannot thank enough for their kindness and wonderful service. As for the Dr. and entire staff, they are all truly amazing and have actually changed my life. I have healthy teeth and gums now and will never go to another dentist for as long as they are around. Heaven forbid he moves his practice to another state, because I may just follow!!! ? Sorry so long winded?. Thank you to all of you at the office!! You guys ROCK, truly!!!!!!!!!
