Quick and friendly 1/29/2012

I scheduled a bit of extra time for my cleaning, because I had lost a filling a couple weeks prior to my appointment. Even though I had to wait 15 minutes for them to fit me into the busy schedule, I was still in and out in less than an hour and a half. Dr. Cook and the staff are always helpful and friendly. more

Fillings 1/27/2012

Office was flexible... had to move my appt several times due to personal reasons. The got me in and out quickly and did a good job on my fillings. more

My 1/23/2012 visit 1/24/2012

My appointment card showed an 8:30 a.m. appointment. At approximately 8:45 a.m. I'm still seated in the waiting room watching 2 people who came in after me get called before me. Once I get called, I end up with nurse "Rashid". Never seen this hygienist before. She had no personality or chair-side manor. As a matter-of-fact, I've had a different hygienist for each of my last 3 visits. Why me? more

I had an excellent experience from my phone call to setup an appointment to the referrals they gave me after my visit. Front desk ladies were very nice, the hygenists were great & by far the coolest dentist & dentist office I've ever visited. The place is decked out in rock & roll posters and guitars. They played Hendrix, Stones, Skynard, etc.. while I got my cleaning. They rock. Highly recommended. more

Professional tlc 12/14/2011

Yesterday's visit to the friendly confines of the Doc that Rocks reminded me of a visit I paid to the Alhambra in Granada Spain mountains of moons ago. All of my senses were teased and pleased and every staff member appeared like the angels welcoming me past the Golden Gate. And all my (dental) problems were effectively and painlessly ameliorated. That was as good as it gets. more

Missed Appointment Fee 12/13/2011

I completely understand the need to encourage patients to make their scheduled appointments on time. However, charging $75 if you don't cancel within 2 days of the appointment seems a little extreme. more

Amazing work 12/1/2011

I could not be happier with the work that I have had done with Dr. Cook. First of all, his chair-side manner is impeccable. I had to have a crown done and was nervous about it. He took the time to explain why it was the best treatment. When I finally got it done, it was as painless as possible. His staff is all aces. They were so friendly and helpful. They helped with all the insurance stuff. I can't thank them enough. more

Wonderful 11/15/2011

Don't think it gets much better than this. Very knowledgeable and fun staff. After some really bad experiences with dentist that made me very paranoid of having anything done in my mouth, I can finally say that going to the dentist ain't such a bad thing at all. Also, another thing that I love about Dr. Kelly is that he has created not just a dental office but a rock & roll museum - very cool. more
