We just finished selling a house using Karen Brown from Keller Williams DTC as our sellers agent. She is emotional and unprofessional. She yelled at us, talked over us, and bullied us every time we didn't want to do something she wanted us to do. She wanted us to take any offer from a buyer, at any personal cost. We did not have to sell and she bullied us to take an offer 30k below our asking price. We settled on 15k, but it seemed like she didn't even want to write that up. She wants her sale at any cost to you. Her ""Team"" is a mess and constantly messed up our showings. We finally got her broker involved to take over our sale when she did something unethical and asked us to sign something that could have cost us financially. She wanted to make the buyers happy (They had their own agent). Tony (the broker from her office) is a great man and stepped into take over. I have filed a report with the real estate ethics commission to have the incident reviewed. There are other review out there stating the problems Karen creates. My Recommendation: Do not use Karen Brown in any real estate transaction
