have had the absolute WORST experience with this lawnmower repair shop in Titusville florida. After >5 wks of having our mower.,I contacted Cindy today and asked her to just have it put it back together and we could come get it.... I was told that she finally found the part, it is now in route from Illinois and we would have to pay a restocking fee of $38 to get our mower back.. Upon paying the ridiculous fee to get our broken mower back, Cindy told us that she found the same ""unfindable"" part here in Tampa ""just now"". \r All of this after a lengthy excuse of how so and so was sick for 6 days, and she has so many backorders, and that I should come spend a day there and see just how busy she is. Never Never NEVER take your lawnmower here!!!! more

Too long of wait for parts, go elsewhere if you are waiting for a part from these people. Would not recommend this business to anyone. more

I ordered a very simple part which I waited almost a month for,after speaking with the gentleman on the phone he ashured me they would call me when it arrived.I went up personally to get a refund only to find the part was never ordered and nobody told me about it.If this is how inportant I am to this place as a new customer than the hell with em.Thanks for nothin.They don't seem to be that knowledgable anyhow.They should change the name to "KEEP EM WAITING." Seams to be the norm here in Fla. more

This is a great place to have your mower or generator repairs they are family owned and operated, they are honest and will do the job right the first time. They also sale parts in case you want to do the repairs yourself , they also sell commercial mowers and equipment very honest folk. more
