This was a terrible experience from day one. They are a horrible company with an unorganized Owner, and NO customer service whatsoever.\r

I purchased a Groupon for 3 cleanings one year ago. I tried and tried to set up an appointment with no success. The first month after calling about 25 times I finally got someone to answer. They told me that they were too busy and that it was good for a year, so I should try again next month. \r

Next I tried using their website. I scheduled my appointment for about 3 weeks in advance, and got an email back a few days later confirming. The day comes and no one shows up. I call and no one answers, so I respond to the email address that I got the confirmation from. It turns out to be the owner that responds named Pacita. I get her phone number and call her directly. She tells me I am too far, and I am outside their 20 mile range. I map it out, and I am in fact not out of their range. I tell Pacita this, and she said ""oh...ok we will be there next week."" Next week comes around and no one shows again. \r

I try again about a month later. Same routine. No one answers. I send emails that I know they are getting, but no response. I do this at least a few times a month until June when someone finally answers the phone. They tell me that I have to use the website to request service. I explain how this has not worked so far. I try to express my frustration, and they had already hung up on me.\r

I try the website again. This time not using the ""Groupon Only"" link. I spam this every day until I finally get a reply from the same email address that Pacita contacted me from the first time. They tell me that I have an appointment scheduled for the next week. The day comes, and no one shows up.\r

Three days later I get an email:\r

"" Good Morning! Is your wife name (Wrong Name)? We have you scheduled for today under your wife's name. And just want inform this is your last cleaning sessions. Because we did 2 cleaning sessions already. My maids will call you 30 mins. prior coming to your home. Have a good day.""\r

Two days later:\r
"" My guys will be at there today to clean at home. I apologized made a mistake, (Wrong Name) not your wife. But I will let them take care your home for today. Please let me know If this is convenient\r

Pacita""\r

Then, no one shows, no one calls.\r
\r
The next day I get this gem:\r
""It seems that we have had communication issues, but we did in fact email you prior to your scheduled clean. We believe it to be in the best interest of both parties to go our separate ways. I apologize that things could not work out. Please contact Groupon in regards to a refund.\r

The only decent reviews I read on here are all from people that used their service without a Groupon. They never should have tried to bring in more volume than they could handle.\r
