Great affordable service!\r \r When the pump motor on my 15-year old hot tub stopped working, I called Karl for help. I was able to disconnect it and drive it over to him to save shipping cost. He fixed me up with a rebuilt replacement that cost $300 less than a new one. And he stood behind his work when the replacement developed a slight problem shortly after I installed it, and repaired the replacement at no extra charge. Our ten year old Marquis hot tub recently broke down. The last time our hot tub broke we got a quote from another company for around $400 so we debated taking the tub to he dump. Karl Keener diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave us a price quote for its repair. He estimated a $125 service call plus $56 for the heating element. This is exactly what he charged. He came out and showed us the problem (the same as he predicted), which was the heater element. After he completed repairing the heating element, we turned it on and he noticed a tiny pin-hole leak in a tube. He went home and got the correct replacement tube and fixed this as well. He did not charge us for the extra tube (because he said he had extras lying around), OR the extra time it took him to repair it. Not only did we learn a lot about our hot tub, but we enjoyed his friendly personality. We would adopt him if we weren't moving out of state.
