I wanted to post my service experience and I didn't see where I could do that on your company website. I was in the market for a new car and I came across a '08 Lincoln MKZ, 39,000 miles, fully loaded with AWD. I contacted RJ, sent pictures of my trade in and explained that I still owed on my car. I was given more than what my car was worth, as it was in rough condition. I then set up an appointment to give the Lincoln a drive and all for the following Saturday. I made the 6 hour drive from Maryland to Brunswick, OH and arrived at a clean, friendly establishment. I drove the vehicle, liked it and gave RJ all the docs needed to complete the deal. Process did not take more than an hour. I drove back to Maryland happy with my purchase and with my service experience. Thanks again to RJ and the other sales associates, technichians and managers at KDK for making my buying process seamless.
