I have visited their old Naperville store on Jefferson and their new Naperville store on Ogden. Both times I had to ask for help and was treated like I was a bother to the employ...

I have always had a positive experience at Kay Clay. I have only been there to shop for preschool dance leotards, tap shoes, and ballet shoes, but the staff has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly--and tolerant of small children. I would recommend it! more

Don't waste your time...... 5/31/2010

I have visited their old Naperville store on Jefferson and their new Naperville store on Ogden. Both times I had to ask for help and was treated like I was a bother to the employees. When they didn't have a jazz shoe in my size, I had to ask them to check with their other store to see if they might have it. The girl didn't think of that on her own, and acted like I was interrupting her cell phone call. The prices are very expensive.....even when you take into consideration shipping costs when ordering from a catalog or online. more

Kay-Klay employees know nothing! 10/7/2009

I came to get Irish dance shoes, and they sold me scottish dance shoes! Apparently, there is a big difference! They also carried very little sizes, and I will not go there again. more

WARNING: Don't take your business here. 6/18/2009

-Very bad customer service.\r I came in to be fitted for pointe shoes and was treated very rudely and practically told to leave (apparently you need to make a special appointment which I did not know).\r \r -Small, run down shop.\r Unorganized, overcrowded, and dimly lit. more

the store was set up nice they had some cute outfits. only one person working trying to help 5 people. she did a pretty good job for being the only person there but didnt really know what she was doing. if they had more people working knowing what they were doing the store would be great! more

LITTLE SHOP WITH NICE PEOPLE 6/27/2005

I took my daughter here to see if we could find the dance supplies that she needed. Even though it is located on busy Cass Ave, I had no problem finding a parking space. This store is small and is overcrowded with supplies and stock it can be a little daunting to find what you want. The sales lady was very helpful in finding for us what we needed. Their prices are a little expensive for dance supplies. Other stores are cheaper but they were a considerable driving distance from our location. I would recommend this store for its service and location. PROS: good service CONS: small over crowded store and a little expensive more
