Katsu owner/chef is one of those professional trained sushi chefs from Japan that takes 8 years apprenticeship before they are allowed to work as a professional chef. You can be sure that everything he does is at the best standards of freshness and cleanliness. This is important for seafood, especially raw sashimi. The menu is good, so is the price. Pros: Very professional sushi chef/owner. Good service. more

Stellar food, awesome ambiance! 7/3/2006

Katsu is a quaint, comfortable, quiet place with friendly, fast service and the best food ever!! I've never had better sushi anywhere and the prices are totally reasonable. Pros: location, food, owner operated Cons: limited hours - not open late more
