If we could, we would rate this place with a zero. From some reviews, we expected Kathy's to be something more than it was. First off, you cannot tour the back. Second, the play space is too small for comfort. Third and most importantly, our dog came out of this place much lighter in weight, with a nonexistent appetite, with kennel cough, developed pesticides (which gave her uncontrollable diarrhea), and a urinary tract infection. She is now scared of everything, and stopped all normal behaviors than before. When we noticed the drastic change, we took her straight to the vet. When we arrived, the vet took her immediately, and asked us the name of the boarding place. When we told her "Kathy's Pampered Paws," the look on her face said it all. She advised us to NEVER go back there again. She said that many pets that visit the office are straight out of Kathy's Pampered Paws. We are not ones to post such a negative review, but from our experience and the advice from a veterinarian, we felt
