Kathy Marfin's Dance School

My mother-n-law,April, did a lot of research on dance studios back in 2002 when my daughter (2.5 yrs) wanted to dance. April signed my daughter up at Kathy Marfin's and she has been dancing every since. My daughter takes a wide range of classes like Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. She loves them all. The staff and teachers are great. I feel like we are one big family. We have recently been talking about moving and my daughter said that has long as she can still dance at KMDS then she is okay with moving;-) more

Several years ago my sister decided that she would like to try dance. She was about to turn 8 and had no previous dance experience. Kathy Marfins was our first choice after hearing all the positive feedback from other parents. I am several years older than my sister and former ballet and tap student so I was thrilled that she wanted to take dance classes. Over the last few years I have seen her develop technique in several different styles of dance. I think having a vast variety of dance styles for students to choose from is an added bonus. All of the instructors that my sister has worked with are knowledgeable and professional. It shows a great amount of dedication as instructors when they actually participate in the recitals. more

My daughter has been attending Kathy Marfin's Dance School for 4 years. It has been a fun and friendly experience. The teachers are professional. From the very beginining , my daughter who had no prior dance experience, has steadily improved, not only in technique, but posture, confidence, and knowledge.
