My entire family has insurance with this office. My parents, grandparents, siblings, etc. THAT alone should tell you how great this agency is. Kathy has been here for like 20 year...

Switched from Allstate.. 6/28/2011

It was really funny. We had Progressive for a few years because they were cheap and we got hit by a State Farm customer with Kathy's office. State Farm and the staff at that office treated us so well we decided to switch our policies there. They were a little more, but hey you get what you pay for. Progressive who? more

Best insurance agent 6/27/2011

My entire family has insurance with this office. My parents, grandparents, siblings, etc. THAT alone should tell you how great this agency is. Kathy has been here for like 20 years and has always been there for us. She reviews our policies in person every year or two. We've been SUPER happy. more

CLAIM WENT GOOD 6/24/2011

I HAVE BEEN INSURED WITH KATHY FOR OVER 15 YEARS. I RECENTLY HAD A PRETTY BAD ACCIDENT AND EVERYTHING GOT REALLY CONFUSING BECAUSE I HAD NEVER HAD A CLAIM BEFORE. KATHY AND SOME OF THE OTHER GIRLS IN THE OFFICE WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS, HELPED ME FILL OUT FORMS AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WENT THROUGH THE OTHER COMPANY (ALLSTATE) FOR PART OF IT. IT MADE ME FEEL GOOD BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT WE PAY FOR. I RECENTLY SENT MY DAD OVER THERE FOR INSURANCE AND THEY SENT ME A GIFT CARD WHICH I WASN'T EVEN EXPECTING. ANYWAY, ALL HAS BEEN WELL! more

Such a great experience! 6/23/2011

I switched from my insurance company in Texas almost a year ago. I walked into the office and they dropped everything to help me. I had my 6 month old with me and they were great with my son. They even gave him a stuffed animal and a bib, it was really cute. I have been really happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. more
