Run like hell!!! Don't waste your time and gas going. We called before leaving our home which was an hour away they confirmed car was there. Upon arrival they stated car was just sold! I read the reviews before hand that they are known for doing this but decided to take a chance.so we were prepared and didn't bother letting salesman try to sell us anything else we turned and walked away. We had even asked they call us if car sells before we get there no call was ever made. Sad that they have to lie to get people in, never wished anything bad on a business but I guess there is always a first. more

I was in the market shopping for a car where I could find variety of makes and model along with finance qualification till I heard the name of Karplus in the heart of San Fernando valley.so I decided to visit the facility from close distance to find the car I was looking for.i got a Mazda from them which I was happy from start of conversation with a sales dept to test drive and sitting in the office of finance .i received so much a good service which i can recommend to anyone that i know with good or bad credit in any shape or form to visit them .not to forget I even got to know them better when I had mechanical issue with the car that it needed special attention which was handled in satisfactory and timely manner .words can't describe a lot of actions .just go see them for yourself . Bought a truck 9 months ago and still running good using it for work. I had bad credit but the finance guy got me a bank "yehey", not the rate I expected but I guess its the way it is. They have a huge inventory and it will take you a day to decide on which. Just be a smart buyer I guess. Take it to your mechanic if your not sure. They are in the business for more than 20 yrs. and few complaints is acceptable. You can't satisfy everyone, but not in my case. I have to be fair with them. Goodluck more

Got a small economy car from these guys 7 months ago and they were very helpful. I don't know with the other reviews bad or good, but before I went to karplus, I also read the bad reviews in different blogs. I called and ask the salesperson, why is this? He told me that no matter what you do in anything, you can't satisfy everyone specially in selling pre-owned vehicles. He was polite and answered my questions. The only thing I don't like is that he called me a lot of times until I purchase the vehicle. I saw the car I want and they were the lowest and decided to try my luck. I told myself I just have to te be smart about it when in the dealership. I had a good deal and worked out the way I want it to be. Goodluck people. more

Went in test drove some cars, got finance felt comfotable when i walked out with my new used car. no problems ever since bought a 2006 civic. more

I bought a car at Karplus last weekend, it runs great and I got it at a great price! Definitely have to go back and buy another car from them! It was a good experience! more

purchased from them an 06 Dodge Ram $1500 last year and no problems at all..the truck worked fine for me..my experience was okay with them..if you have doubts with the vehicle get it checked with your mechanics first or purchase a warranty..remember these are pre-owned vehicles..good luck!! more

I bought a truck from karplus 7 months ago and runs fine. I had bad credit but the finance manager Lon found a bank that financed me although not the rate I expected but I guess its the way it is. They have a huge inventory and some decent, some not, what do you expect its a used car. Maybe others have bad experiences but for them to be in the business for more then 20yrs. it must be something. I think bottomline, you cannot satisfy everyone, but not in my case, I'll give you 4 star to be fair. more

Do NOT buy anything from these guys! We bought a 04 Honda Odyssey from them. First we find out the speakers are blown, then we find out that they reversed a tire to hide tire damage and it had a leak, then the transmission went bad after 2 weeks - of course they sold us a BS warranty that would not coorperate to cover the damage then they lied about which shop we could use with the warranty so we have to drive 20 miles to get any work done... read the other reviews and STAY AWAY for your own sake!!! These are not good people to deal with!!! You will get ripped off! more

I originally bought a used ford ranger from them in 2006, and that went well for a while, but then it started to give me serious trouble near the end of the term of the loan. I called them with close to three payments left on the Ranger and told them I would like to trade the truck in as a down payment on a used BMW, 3-series if possible with no down payment; I even told them the trouble with the Ranger and their inhouse finance company told that would be possible. About two weeks later I went down there and I got pretty much what I wanted. I thought I drove off with a great deal. It turns out that now they want my BMW they sold me back immediately because they said they cant find financing. This is what an attorney called the "bait and switch." It seems that I don't deserve a nice BMW because of my credit rating, even though I have paid every bill that was mine, but since theres fraud on my credit report, and can prove it, thats too bad. They went through a bank and I didnt want that. Now I'm facing a serious loss and have a major emotional upset because of them. I believe they lied and just want more money. Bought an 06 Pathfinder. Tabs were good for three months. They gave me a temporary registration and told me my regisrtation fees would cover me the entire following year. I then received tabs only covering the next two months which I was charged 350 bucks for. I then had to renew my own registration two months later for 250 bucks. I am very upset I was lied to. more

Whoever you are stating you bought 3 cars from KarPlus Warehouse and had no problems, you must seen this review and posted some lies to cover your company! I just bought a car from them 4-2009 and they sold me a lemon that had problems month to month. Karplus is a rip off and needs to be shut down immediately...SO ANYONE WHO GETS THIS MESSAGE, IF YOU THINKING ABOUT BUYING A KAR FROM KAR PLUS RIPP OFF...DONT DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT! DONT DO IT..ANYONE WHO IS TELLING YOU WHAT HAPPEN WITH THEM AND KARPLUS WITH THERE LEMON CARS ARE NOT LYING, CUZ I JUST BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND DIDNT HAVE THE CAR 1 YEAR AND EVERY MONTH NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND KARPLUS REFUSES TO HELP ME.....THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! more

I bought a 2007 wrangler from Karplus a couple of months ago and have had nothing but problems with it, cracked manifold, gascap/engine light, etc. They are getting back to me with a solution... I'll let you know what has been worked out and come back with a rating then. more

I purchased 3 cars from karplus over 4 years and I had no problems whatsoever, Everyone was helpful and their service department is excellent. I guess Every pre-owned vehicles is always prone to problems, its just luck or if you want to be sure, get the extended warranty they offered, this happens everywhere. more

I bought a Dodge Ram Pick up truck and after two months found out that it had a major hit (Accident?) before I bought it and was not reported to Carfax. They say That I should have had it inspected before. Not worth the price. more
