I originally bought a used ford ranger from them in 2006, and that went well for a while, but then it started to give me serious trouble near the end of the term of the loan. I called them with close to three payments left on the Ranger and told them I would like to trade the truck in as a down payment on a used BMW, 3-series if possible with no down payment; I even told them the trouble with the Ranger and their inhouse finance company told that would be possible. About two weeks later I went down there and I got pretty much what I wanted. I thought I drove off with a great deal. It turns out that now they want my BMW they sold me back immediately because they said they cant find financing. This is what an attorney called the "bait and switch." It seems that I don't deserve a nice BMW because of my credit rating, even though I have paid every bill that was mine, but since theres fraud on my credit report, and can prove it, thats too bad. They went through a bank and I didnt want that. Now I'm facing a serious loss and have a major emotional upset because of them. I believe they lied and just want more money. I will keep you posted!
