I worked here for a few years in high school, and just went back to buy a piano. It hasn't changed at all--same semi-dingy showroom, nice pianos, crappy selection and pricing on accessories. They make most of their money on accessory sales: reeds, valve oil, etc, for the high school band kids. However, their prices on pianos can be fair (if you're a good negotiator) and Yamaha still makes some of the best upright grands around.
