I hired Matt Karls to fix a bad virus on our computer. He spent about 3 hours cleaning out my computers. He was nice enough to deal with my annoying dogs. He did a good job and fixed both computers quickly. more

I've been ripped off in the past by computer guys, so I am not very trusting. Matt has proven himself to me after 4 visits over the last 2-3 weeks. He helped me recover my hard drive after I had a disk failure and has continued to get my office back up and in the proper working order. He is a really nice guy and worth every penny! more

I sent a text message to Matt Karls at 4AM since I read on his website to send him a text. My business' server went down overnight and I need it running to open for the trading day, which was in just a few hours. To my surprise he sent a text back asking questions about the server and if I wanted to have him call me. We spoke about the server and he told me he needed 30 minutes to shower and shave and he would be right over. At 4:32 AM I heard a knock on the door and it was Matt Karls ready to work. He just left and the trading day just started and we have a working server. Matt brought the parts we needed with him and was the cheerist guy I have ever met at 4:30 in the morning. I have worked with a good number of companies over the years and the service quality and dedication of Matt Karls is above and beyond what anyone would expect. To see a service company that according to Matt, is run only by his wife and himself, which will text you in the middle of the night if you really need service is well, amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Matt runs a great computer service. He gives out his cell number and I can text or call him with questions or problems. I sent him a text this morning, he came out, fixed my minor issue and charged me half his normal rate since ""it wasn't much work."" I will use Matt Karls again whenever I need computer work. more

Great service, Matt answered my txt message within a minute or two and scheduled me for the next day (today's date). He tuned up my computer and removed a virus within an hour and a half. He only billed me for an hour and I thought his rates were more than fair. I will be calling him back next time I have a computer issue. more

Matt Karls performs the best computer service of any of the computer techs I have used. I should correct myself, Matt is not a computer technician, he actually is a computer engineer. His experience, knowledge and skill level are above any other computer tech I have used. I called Matt out to fix an Apple Mac Book Pro that I thought was dead. It was slow, unresponsive and I figured we would have to replace it. I really wanted to get recommendations for a replacement laptop and have Matt salvage the data off the drive. Matt is the best computer repair specialist in the valley! I have used 8 other companies over the years and I will not allow anyone else to work on my computers after working with Karls Technology. Matt always knows how to deal with a situation no matter how weird or problematic it seems. Over the last 6 months he has fixed two of our dead servers, a BAD trojan infection across our entire network, a small printer fire, replaced a hard drive and recovered a password from a locked out computer (that one was amazing!). Matt is the best computer repair guy I have ever met, heard of or dreamed about! I called him at 3pm, by 3:45pm he was working on my dead computer. I booked him two weeks out since I would not be back from vacation until today. I half expected he would forget since it was so far out, 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment he arrived ready to work. Matt is very articulate and knowledgable about computers.
