16 years ago I had the begginning of diabetic retinopathy. Back then I had regular insurance. Not an HMO. Dr Karl literally burned my retinas with laser surgery to the point that now I have minimal perepheral vision. He sent me to another eye doctor to do a ""red laser"" on my eye. This doctor did laser right in my macula and now I can't see out of that eye. He ruined my life. It took years for this to happen so now I can't even sue. I don't think he can do this with HMO's I find it funny that when my insurance stopped paying him, suddenly I didn't need any more laser. I am now legally blind. What was it, Dr. Karl? Did you need the money so bad that you runed my life for it? What he did to me cannot be undone.
