My wife took our 2 month old lab puppy on Halloween for 5 hours of daycare. They took terrible care of her. She came home with a big bite mark on her abdomen and they had the nerve to not only not tell us about it but to try to cover it up with a Halloween costume -that was 'hers to keep' -no wonder as there was no disclosure, no calls, no information, no return calls, no apologies, nothing. Extremely disappointed!! \r

We've decided if that's how they handle it when there is evidence of harm, what's happening that you don't know, when there isn't. VERY poor care. \r
