Karakas Roofing

Karakas Roofing was right there when they needed to be. They did the job we asked them to do, and everything was cleaned up afterward. I'm very happy with it. more

I had them come out to my mother's house and they did some repairs on the roof. A portion of it wasn't built correctly in the first place, so they fixed that. They also cleaned out the valleys of the roof. Everything went well, they didn't seem to make much of a mess and cleaned up everything after themselves. more

I was dealing with John at Karakas Roofing personally. He was very helpful, and basically solved my roofing issue. When there were changes to the project in the middle of everything, what stood out was their willingness to step back, talk over the changes, and come up with a solution. more

John from Karakas Roofing was a very nice and honest person. We just had him for a roof cleaning and one area that needed repair. We went with him because of a lot of recommendations from others who had had more work done. I had no complaints. He was trustworthy and accommodating. more

When they found the additional issues they showed and explained them to us. I felt they were honest and fair to deal with. more

We used Karakas Roofing a few years ago for a roofing repair. It was good, so about a month or so ago when we had a leak on another part of the roof, we called them back. My wife gave them a call, and they came out the day after. Something like 4 days later, they came back and did the repair after quoting it the first time out. So far, so good. There is no moisture or water coming in. They suggested a few other things to ensure the repair held longer and was more solid. more

I had a problem with squirrel damage to a built-in awning a little below the roof. Squirrels had made a nest and a mess up there. The man from Karakas Roofing came in, reviewed the situation, and told me a cost for the work that I found reasonable. He came on the appointed day at the appointed time, and took care of the business at hand in one afternoon. While he was there, I asked him to check on the actual roof of the house for broken tiles. He came down and told me that there were some broken tiles, but what they recommend is that I have the valleys in the roof cleaned. They hadn't been cleaned in 13 years, so I agreed. He told me what they had to do to remove tiles from the valley area and then clean everything. Again, he quoted a price I could afford. He and his men did everything that he said he would do in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice and helpful. I'm pleased with the work and would recommend him to anybody I know. more

He was clean and got the work done. The job was well done, with the roof done in the right amount of time. Karakas Roofing did a complete roof job. They removed all of the old roof, put in a new one, and it came out fine. more

It went well, and the work Karakas Roofing did was done on time. It was a very reasonable price for the service. I had a few tiles replaced, then I had the corner portion of the wood parallel to the roof replaced. So far, so good. I feel good about the quality. more

It was excellent. He is professional when you call. When he says he'll be out he's there on time. Hopefully the work was good, you never know until it rains. Everything else was excellent though. He's a local businessman too and I think that's a plus. more

Karakas Roofing is a fantastic company. They're great. They were absolutely able to answer every question perfectly. From beginning to end, they were quick and on time. All the work was done perfectly, and they built great rapport. There would be nothing I wouldn't rate them at 100-percent. I'm not related to them, and I only used them as a subcontractor. I have a tile roof and some of the edge tiles came loose. I called Karakas Roofing and they came out promptly. In addition to securing the loose tiles, they fixed a leak in my garage. I have to wait and see if the work that was done will withstand the rain. more
