Getting new furnace and AC 7/1/2019

Brent was here today to evaluate our home for replacement of our aging Trane furnace and Carrier AC. He was on time, very courteous, friendly, and professional. He presented various workable options for us to consider. We made our selection and are going forward with the installation next week. From the way he represented the company, I think we will be happy with the installation work and the improved efficiency we will be getting. Looking forward to having the project done. more

Ulises of Kappler Mechanical performed semi annual inspection of my air and heating system. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and and the importance of the item. He was efficient in his work and helpful in answering any questions regarding any possible future work on the system. I would have no problem recommending Kappler. more

Josh from Kappler mechanical was great, through his inspection he discovered my vent pipe broken and laying on crawl space floor emitting noxious gas which was not even what I called them for, we were very lucky to have Josh find that and repair everything the same day more

Brian, Alex, and Josh all did a pleasant, efficient, and professional job installing both my Air Conditioner and Furnace. Floors were covered with a mat; everything was left clean. Alex took time to explain clearly how to set my thermostat and put the filter in my furnace. Excellent job. Thanks!! more

Josh G was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient in his diagnostic of our AC unit. He arrived within the stated timeframe and checked the system thoroughly before giving us a clear analysis of the issue as well as a detailed explanation of options. Kappker sent appointment reminders as well as a text to let us know that Josh was on his way, which included a name and photo. Josh also made sure we received an email with an overview of the service and the options and associated costs. This made the whole process feel very secure and professional. We will definitely be using Kappler again. more
