Called to get information on spay/ neutering service. The woman put me on hold for a little over ten minutes. I hung up and called back. Same person answered. When I told her I was put on hold for ten min. She responded,"" I have three customers in front of me!"" She then hung up. I called back and told her she could've come back on the phone and offered to get get my contact info. She responded, in a hostile tone, ""would you like to speak to one of the customers?"" At which point I asked for the manager, in which she refused , and hung up. Very rude and poor, basic customer service. Hope this is not indicative behavior of their staff. Need customer training ASAP.
