Hey , I been to a few bike shops in the area , and i have to say Kaotic is my favorite . Very down to earth and fair with the prices . This guy gets me outta there and back on the road quicker than any other place. Tire swaps , brakes , oil change best prices in town , and awesome when it comes to fixing my do it yourself screw ups. Anything motorcycle related cost $$$ it's nice to know there's a place in the area that you can still save a few bucks . So BIG-UPS to Kevin and his kid ! See you soon ...PS. i like kevin his kid is a but shy and of corse looks up to his dad for emotional support and knowledge and the kid is a good mechanic as well . I get along with them just fine . kevin is very honest and trusting I never had any issues with him. andrewtrucker towed my bike here and they did a great job and so did andrew his tow number is 212 845 9567 more

customer service is a joke. Kevin only cares about making money. he could care less for your safety or your life! he's good at breaking clips and fairings. Also good at lying and manipulating, pretending he's your friend. but once he's got your money he doesn't want to know you. Don't bother going there to ask for a tool, he'll give you the wrong one and send you home. he told a squid that his bike is suppose to idle at 600..... WTF?? if you ever come across this review, your business sucks and you're never gonna make it anywhere because you try to rip everybody off with your stupid lies and outrageous prices. and about your attitude.... You need to get laid. more

Kevin and his sons are very helpful in anyway they can be. I trust them with my bike anytime. There prices are reasonable. Kevin is a great business man and knows how to treat his customers. All in all, a great shop to go to and great prices!! Pros: Great with Customers & there bikes more

IF YOU VALUE YOUR BIKE, DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!! Sold me some oil that was'nt for my bike, dam near destroyed my engine, lucky thing I read the manual, tells me it was Summer weight oil...My friend purchased some Alpinestars boots from this guy, he got the wrong size, then he lied and said they couldnt be returned. Called Parts Unlimited (Alpinestars distributor) turns out; my friend paid for 09' boots and Kevin (Kaotic's owner) purchased the cheaper 07' closeout boot, so he could pocket the rest of the money. Suffice to say my friend got stuck with boots that dont fit, as well as being out some $$$, thanks to kevin at kaotic motorsport's lies.
