This is the worst service I have ever had from any shop. The repair was poor, and they damaged my driveshaft and the new parts they installed. I should have just done the repair...

Quality Service/Resonable Prices/Fast turnaround/Great Customer Service 8/12/2008

They are the best service/repair shop around. I've had all of my vehicles with the manager for over 15 years. I wonder if the last review had the right shop or not. They explain the problem ....give you options and you are in total control of the service. I wouldn't go to anyone else. My sons are now out of high school and use them as well. Pros: Quality Service/Fast turnaround/Great price/Great Customer Service Cons: N/A more

Avoid, just ask around 6/3/2008

This is the worst service I have ever had from any shop. The repair was poor, and they damaged my driveshaft and the new parts they installed. I should have just done the repair myself and save the aggrivation. The price was 3X the other quotes (my fault for not asking them first). The mechanic tried to blame me, and was rude and aggressive. I still sit in disbelief thinking of the unprofessional treatment. The manager did refund all the bill plus paid for new parts. (Never apologized for his employees behavoir). The shop that put the new u-joint in was well aware of this shop and their poor quality/attitude. Never never again. Pros: Manager refunded damages Cons: You will get yelled at by shotty mechanic more
