I recently moved to Kansas City and have had dogs for over 40 years. I payed more for an office visit than I do for myself. The prices on the basic treatment were outrageous. It's places like this that keep people from trying to help their pets. They should be ashamed! more

I highly reccomend Kansas City Veterinary Care! The staff is always very personable. The girls at the front desk always remember my name and my pets names. They are so family friendly. They have a wonderful place for my kids to color and draw while we are waiting. more

Exotic Bird Specialist 6/18/2011

We moved up from Florida a few years ago with a pretty old bird who had her share of complicated issues. I was amazed at the advanced methods Dr Exline used to treat her always keeping in mind the least amount of stress on our pet. We never hesitated taking her to the vet and our bird was always calm through the process with us standing by watching him handle her with tender care and confidence. Thank you for your patience with our calls and unique questions and all the answers you always provided. more

Great care but too expensive 1/5/2009

I can't afford them anymore. I used to go there but they raised the prices so much the average person cannot afford them. I had to find other vets in the area to use. It is a shame. more

This place is wonderful 12/18/2008

While living in KC, we used to take our bunnies here to see Dr. Exline. Not many vets have been able to handle my bunny. The staff at Hecker animal clinic had not problem. There fees are very reasonable. The facility is in an old house in the Waldo area. The parking can be rough and so can getting in and out to Wornall Road. more
