2 days ago, an employee coming to check my neighbors meter hit my dog in the mouth pretty hard! He was on a chain and had no access to my neighbor's property. This man was in MY driveway and told me that,"He got too close." He also went on to say "I should call animal control, I know where you live , and I should be glad that that's all he did." My dog is large but he is at least 15 years old. The ASPCA let me know that that wasn't only cruel, but against the law. His car # was 8026 approx. 12:30 p.m. older blk man. (my neighbor's meter isn't even on that side!!) There is a case # and I am expecting to follow through until. The city has no right to abuse my property (baby) This is not over..(he didn't even go to the other side of my neighbor's house and check their meter)Oh and my neighbor was sitting on my porch and witnessed EVERYTHING!!
