After spending about $40,000 for 11 mahogany windows (no, that's not a typo) I had issues with several of the windows which show obvious and substantial water damage on the interior of the window sashes. This water damage manifested itself within a few months of the windows being installed, however after literally a year and a half of monthly calls, and two pointless trips out by the owner of the company to look at the windows and state ""Well, that's really wierd, I don't know what that could be"" I still have yet to have any actual repairs or replacement done on the windows.
Pros: They are local. The windows are attractive looking in general.
Cons: They do not stand behind their products. Given the damage after a year and a half, I assume they will be rotted out within a few years.
