I spend a lot of time on the mainland and when I'm there I know that my property is always in good hands with Kamehameha.

The receptionist is a spineless liar, feeding untruths to customers while cowering behind her desk...pathetic. You do not want Paul to have your phone number, he is the rudest age...

My husband and I moved to the Mainland several years ago and Kamehameha Realty has been managing our rental property in Hawaii. We always receive excellent service from Stanley and his staff. Any issues our tenants might have promptly resolved when they call Kamehameha Realty and Stanley informs us in order to get out permission to take care of the problem. We look forward to having Kamehameha Realty manage our property for many more years to come!!! more

I have managed my property since 1991 and it had just become a handful with the renters and problems that arises. I decided to give property management a try. Called several places and was impressed from the start with Kam Realty. I've had no problem. I call when i have questions and get answers. They handle all paperwork. I've been doing business with Kamehameha Realty for years and I've enjoyed our relationship. They manage my rental units and are doing a great job. The short downtime between tenants is also appreciated. It's clear to me that they are keeping in mind what's best for me and my properties. Their service is excellent. more
