I moved to New Haven with my husband who got a teaching job at Yale. I called a number of emplyment agencies in the area. KW was friendly and helpful on the phone. They invited me in and put me through an extensive interview and I took a few software tests. It took almost 2 hours but I feel as though they got to know me and know what I was looking for. They got me into a job about 2 weeks later and I was hired by the company after being a temp for 2 months. Could not have been happier. more

Great! 10/2/2015

These are caring and knowledgeable career placement professionals who helped me so much when looking for a new job. I had worked with other agencies in the past but didn't get as good results as when I came here and met with Elaine. Within a week and a half of coming in, they were calling with possible jobs for me, and it was great. That was a lot quicker than when I went to other agencies!! They set me up for two interviews and I ended up taking one of the positions I was offered (which was temporary but then I was hired full time, thanks to their connection with Kaiser). Been at my job now for several months and things are really working out. Would have never found this place if it wasn't for Kaiser, and I've recommended several friends. more

Non-Responsive 7/28/2015

Waste of my time 6/4/2015

Unfortunately, my dealings with Kaiser Whitney Staffing resulted in a big waste of my time. The staffing managers that I dealt with reflected poor time management and sparing employment opportunities. One manager actually called me to introduce herself and ask what types of jobs I was looking for. This was a week after I made an onsite visit, registered and met with her face to face. Not the ideal agency to work with if you want to get back into the workforce any time soon! more

Waste of time and $20 parking 2/26/2013

When I first went in I was asked to fill out endless paperwork then to take a 3 computer tests before meeting with anyone. After the tests I finally went in to meet with Elaine and she had to ask me 2 times what my name was. The interview was fine but did not feel as though they had any jobs to send me out on. I have 10 years Legal Executive Assistant experience with very well known law firms. Excellent references and she even commented on how great my appearance was. I was in a Ann Taylor Suit. I did not hear from her for over 2 weeks. I decided to use another agency in New Haven and was placed in a wonderful Law firm within 2 weeks. I would not recommend this agency at all. more

Best In New Haven 3/3/2011

I found Kaiser Whitney online after moving to teh area and saw they were voted Best Employment Agency. They spent a long time with me to get to know me and had me on interviews within a week. They had much better follow through thanthe other agency I met with. more

After several months of unemployment and interviewing with all the big names to no avail, I registered with Kaiser Whitney. It was a pleasure to work with a such a knowledgeable, well-connected and hard-working recruiter. The entire staff made me feel welcome -- not like they were doing me a favor. My recruiter placed me at a great company within 48 hours. It was such a great match that the marketing department offered me a permanent job within six weeks -- without even looking at my resume. Best place to get a job 6/22/2006

When I moved to New Haven in 2002, I looked in the Yellow Pages and went to a few different agencies. Kaiser Whitney was the most professional place. They had the best jobs, took time to help me with my resume and get me set for the interview. I have recommended them to a number of people and I always get thanks from those people I send. They are a family business, not some corporate monster like Kelley or Addecco so I really felt like I was getting treated like a concerned job seeker and not just another resume they had come across their desk.. 5 HUGE stars more
