Very good service 3/28/2014

I have done business for years with Kaiser Air Conditioning . I have asthma and other health problems and a filtering system was the best thing I had installed. I also had installed an electronic filter, a furnace, and a new refrigerator. The guy who does the services lives nearby, and he's always on time and does a good job and is very reliable. The guy who started the business used to live right behind me. He built our old furnace in our house thirty years ago. more

Overall pleased with the service 3/21/2014

I've been with Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal for over 20 years. They've provided me with sheet metal, water heater pans, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. They're very, very quick. The only negative comment is that we purchased one thing from them within a month and only two days later we got a call from the billing office asking where the check was. I thought that was kind of odd. more

One of the best experiences we've had in dealing contractors 2/28/2014

Kaiser Air did a complete replacement of a new unit and ducting. They also added an air conditioning system and it turned out absolutely wonderful. They were on time like they said they would be and kept everything clean. The workmen were kind and courteous. A. Winter more

Timely. Professional. Honest 2/20/2014

Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal replaced a heater, an evaporator coil on my air conditioning and installed a new thermostat at my home. They were very timely in the completion of everything. The service technicians were professional, courteous and very accurate. This is an honest company that does what they say they are going to do. The prices are great! I had a good interaction with all of the employees. Everybody was very easy to work with. more

Excellent 2/12/2014

Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal has worked on two houses in Santa Monica and Santa Barbara. In one house, they completely changed the defective air conditioners, two furnaces, and added a lot of new duct work. In the other house, they added an air conditioning and heating system and they both turned out excellent. They have a fellow who was my contact, Robert, who was always extremely helpful, and was very good at communication and delivering on all of his promises. more

Very responsive, courteous, reliable, and easy! 1/31/2014

When my air conditioning unit burnt out, I called Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal. They came out on the same day to do an installation of a new unit. The designer and the two installers did a great job at completely redoing the ducting and setting the zoning to my satisfaction. Since the installation, they have responded to all of my concerns and fixed any problems I had. I would say this company is courteous, reliable, and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anybody. more

Solving your problems quickly and economically 9/12/2013

I've been using Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal for three years. They solve issues quickly and economically, and that's what keeps me coming back. My most recent experience with them was especially pleasant. I needed a repair for a pump on my machine before the upcoming holiday. I called them on a Saturday. They came that day, and by the end of the day, it was up and running again. That's as good as it gets! Go ahead and use them! more

It took awhile but great job in the end. 4/8/2013

Kaiser Air Conditioning was willing to try to modify and work with me to make 5 zones when only 4 were possible. They came back multiple times. The only issue is sometimes it took awhile to come and and finish the job. more

Very positive experience. 4/1/2013

I've used Kaiser Air Conditioning for many years, and they help me out a lot. I have a particular problem with really bad allergies. I have a special system in my house. Robert has helped me to get a really good filter and mold protector. He's keeping me as healthy as it's possible to do. If you have a contract with them, they call you and they're responsible as far as coming out when they're supposed to and maintaining all our equipment. I'm happy with them, and I would recommend them to anybody. more

The guys that came out did an excellent job. 8/30/2011

You could tell that these guys have worked together a long time, because they worked like a well oiled machine. They cleaned up after themselves, made sure everything was put back where it belonged and even wiped their feet before they came in the house! I would recommend this company to anyone! more

Completely satisfying! 8/26/2011

Kaiser Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal were prompt and courteous. I wasn't here for the actual installation, but my wife said they were very professional and friendly and did a great job! Everything is working properly and I'd highly recommend them to anybody! Sam Watts more

Really good, and very efficient. 8/24/2011

The guys from Kaiser were really good. They came out once and charged $100 something to have a look at the air conditioner and to try and fix it. They thought they had fixed it, and when it turned out they hadn't they came back later and didn't charge anything because the work was under warranty. After talking to them for a bit, we came to the conclusion that it was time to get a new air conditioner. They were really good and very efficient with their evaluation. They had said they wouldn't need a permit to do the work, but when I got the bill they charged me $200 for a permit, so I haven't paid them yet, but I'm sure it will work out alright. more
