Loved their food - generous portions with lots of interesting side dishes. Some of the best Indian food I've had in 50+ years. But due to fear of parking tickets, the delivery persons insisted I come down to the lobby instead of their coming up in the elevator - rather difficult for a house-bound person. (This is a senior citizen development.) So I had to stop ordering from Kabab Stop. more

Horrible customer service and the food has gone downhill too 9/28/2011

About 2 years ago, Kabob Stop used to have good food. But it has gone downhill. I will never eat at Kabob Stop again. The food was not flavored well and the potatoes were undercooked. On top of that the Mango lassi was way too sour and the samosas were soggy. To make a below average eating experience horrible, their customer service was awful!!! They were rude, yelled at me and refused to honor a Groupon that I had purchased. They even told me that the Groupon was not their problem and I was not their customer. I was a Groupon customer. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money, but I am upset that I spent any time and money at such a poorly run restaurant. more

The worst service I've encountered 11/3/2010

This food is pretty good. But the rest of it is unforgivable, and I'll never go back. First night: very late delivery, but we liked the stuff. Second night: wanted more, so offered to pick it up, so the poor overworked driver would not hold us up for two hours. Come in 35 minutes. Okay, after I'm there for 15 minutes (close to an hour after the call) someone acknowledges my presence, but the food is not ready. More time passes. Finally an apology, ""our chef walked out."" I offer to just take what is finished. I get the blank stare. More time. They take my payment (I take this to mean the food is ready; I am wrong). Another 35 minutes, they tell me they can't make one of the dishes, but will give me a credit. No wait, we'll make it. Hah! No credit, they charge me for the full price, they do not include the dish I've been charged for (just expecting it to be mediocre, not missing). Horrid. Amazing they stay in business. more

Worst food place !! Poor Delivery Service !! 10/28/2010

2 hr 30 minute wait and then no food , told ticket is lost, 15% online coupons and they have pain in their a** accepting that. then why have it online. i am pi**ed since they made me wait for 2.30 hrs and then stating the ticket is lost, and worst of all no remorse, to offer to send the order asap or something. Guys take your chances and see what you get into, i guarantee you wont like it more than once. Good luck .. kabab stoppers ! more

great tasting food... 9/13/2008

The reviews of the fare here are right on! We decided to try it out for lunch. The place is small, and located such that parking was a bit precarious (and had to be done in the next-door pizza place's lot). But once inside, it was clean, the service friendly, and the food, mmmm.... The Kebab Stop platter was delicious, and the quantity generous, served with enough side stuff to keep you munching. The lamb Roghan Josh was equally delectable. The pricing is slightly on the higher side, but overall, very enjoyable experience. Authentic Food, Friendly and delish! 7/17/2008

First timer and I was impressed. Nice, clean, comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff and the food is outstanding compared to other indian places in baltimore. I had the biryani and the kati roll. Definitely will go there again and again. A little pricey I thought but still worth it. more

kabab stop is some of the best indian cuisine you will find in all of the baltimore area. i find myself craving for it at least once a week. everyone is friendly and service is great. this is a resturaunt that will be around for a long time to come. more

Best Kabab Place 5/10/2008

\r This is one of the best Indian Restaurant I have ever been. Their food is the best around Mt. Washington Area. People at this restaurant were very friendly and make me feel great. While I was looking for Indian restaurant to dine with my family, my eye was caught by this restaurant located next to Pizza Bolis of Mt. Washington. After that time, I have been a regualar customer of this place and they have never dissapointed me.\r \r If you are like me and want have a great food in reasonable price, this is the PERFECT PLACE for your.\r \r Do not forget to try their KABAB, it is the best.\r Pros: Great service. more

Great Kababs and Great customer service 5/8/2008

On weekends or otherwise, if ur in the vicinity of Mt. Washington, well then, Kabab-stop is the place to be in. The food there is worth every penny, and the ambience..............well, u have to be there to experience it. If u dont take my word for it, visit the place urself and u wil know what u have been missing so far, so make your August presence felt there and u will be pampered with the delecacies and the service- i experienced it, now its UR TURN..........get going U. Pros: Great food, service and everythng good that a restaurant can offer. Cons: Yet to think of any......i will comment when i find any. more

tastiest indian food 3/11/2008

The service was friendly, helpful, and good overall(look for robin or rudy). The food was outstanding, and the best Indian food we've had yet in mt washington. their atmosphere are lovely. i've already recommended this place to several friends and family, and we'll definitely be going back before long. \r Pros: great food,very friendly and price is reasonable Cons: parking, but actually you can park next to pizza bolis or across the street. more

What are you waiting for? 2/15/2008

One word to describe this place is TASTY! I stopped over to sample the menu and was very impressed by the selection. The wonderful and friendly staff greeted me with smiles, and took my order. They recommended the Tandoori wings and I was very satisfied. They were very tender and seasoned, cooked just right! My next choice is going to be the Lamb Chops. Stop by and receive the same great service and experience I had myself at the Kabab Stop! Pros: loved every bit more
