EXCELLENT (as always!) 4/12/2010

Last Thursday, my car was due for its 140,000 miles check up. According to the service technicians, it passed with flying colors (as expected). Thanks to the service given by Kirkwood Auto (which is the only service center to take care of my cars), the car is running in tiptop condition. Thanks, Kirkwood Auto. more

Oil/Filter Change Always Accurate and Timing 4/7/2010

When scheduling appointment the customer service person always reviews when work was done in the past and recommends what service, if other then the normal oil/filter change, would be recommended by the car manufacture. They are very prompt and courteous! more

Pleasant waiting area, no pressure, thorough job 4/6/2010

As always, service was quickly completed, pleasant staff, clean comfortable waiting area. Staff completely went over jobs to done in thoroughly before doing any work. Love the stimulus and tax rebate practices and the Rewards program. Keep up the great work and service. more

Thanks to Bryan a costly bill was averted. I had a muffler problem & was afraid it was going to drop from bottom of car. Not having an appointments within the next few days, Bryan "squeezed" me in & was able to fix the problem. What could have been a $400 new muffler ended up as a $100 bracket! more
