Great! I had just purchased my place in and called immediately after the noon time closing. I wanted the locks changed for obvious reasons. Although they were very busy, they understood the importance of what I needed and promised to find time to squeeze me in. The dispatcher called me back not too long after, someone showed up at my place, and quickly exchanged my locks, taking a brief moment to let my future mother-in-law know how good the locks on the door were (top notch professional grade) so she would feel safe about her daughter living in NJ. If I need a locksmith again, I know who to call. more

I cant even believe how nice these people were. Half of my key broke in one of my car doors and when I called these people they were in my area so I drove to where they were working and right there the guy got the other half of the key out my door. It was hot outside and this guy waited for me to meet him and then spent his time working on getting the key piece out. The whole thing took like 10 minutes and he only charged me a few dollars. I still cant believe how easily everything happened. Definitely will keep their number just in case! more

Kennedy North Key & Security Systems came out the next day to install new locks at the restaurant within an hour. A few hours after he left, we managed to leave all the new keys in the office and we were all locked out. Within half an hour he was back and took care of it within seconds.
