My wife was hit by another driver while we were visiting family out of state. We immediately called the KCAL toll free claims number. Within 2 hours, our car was in the shop, we had a rental car and were notified that our deductible reimbursement to pay the body shop was being sent out the next day. Our agent was on top of following up with us and making sure the process went smoothly. We are very happy and impressed with our agent and our claims experience. more

KCAL is the best agency 6/23/2011

I had a claim with Kcal and was injured in the accident and received the best customer service ever. The medical adjuster was very sympathetic to my disability from the accident and was always there to answer my questions and also would answer the phone - no voicemail. more

Highly recommend KCAL 6/7/2011

They can prove to be extremely helpful when shopping for the most inexpensive policy because deeper discounts are offered when you have multiple policies with one company. more
